"Above and Beyond Construction recently completed an almost whole-house renovation including a family room addition, a fully remodeled kitchen, relocated stairways, three bathrooms, and a finished basement. The addition seamlessly blends with the original spaces, making it feel like a natural extension of my home. The work is detailed and outstanding to the point that visitors do not know where the original 1911 house ends and the 2024 house begins. The highly skilled craftsmen matched the woodwork details of the original house to the new addition perfectly. Chester is easy to work with, has a positive outlook, and a good sense of humor. He will work with you to answer questions, provide suggestions, and address concerns throughout the renovation process. Above and Beyond transformed my little frame house from an outdated, decades-neglected, design and décor calamity left by the prior owners into an elegant space that honors tradition yet transcends centuries."

"Thank you, Cesar and team, for such a wonderful experience from our initial meeting through the final walk-through! I originally met with Cesar to discuss remodeling our mudroom and laundry room. After our first conversation, the scope quickly grew into a much larger project that included a complete mudroom remodel, creating a new laundry room, updating our powder room, replacing carpet in two rooms with hardwood flooring, and refinishing all of the hardwood floors on our first floor. Were there a few hiccups along the way? Of course—every renovation has them. What truly stood out was how Cesar and his team handled every challenge. They addressed issues quickly, communicated openly, and always kept us informed of the plan moving forward. Their responsiveness and commitment to doing the job right gave us confidence throughout the entire process. We are looking forward to making more changes to our home with Cesar and Top Bros team!"

"CCCM Inc team was very kind, professional and effecient with our family room flooring. We had a tremedous experience working with their team and would recommend them to all of our loved ones."

"Paul was great! Always on time and finished the work in a timely fashion. Nice clean-up when they were finished . He helped us brain storm through problems as we did our condo renovation. For us he removed a wall between kitchen and dining room, relocated and replaced electrical, renovated a bathroom, installed floor, painted , added lighting. We plan to have him back for phase 2 of renovations."

"We are very happy with our basement and bathroom renovation. Jack and his crew were great to work with and did an excellent job. All of our questions were immediately answered, and all requests were met with expert, honest advice."

"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. Do yourself a favor and for your next major home remodel/renovation work with Angelo and A.P. Builder!"

"Certified Pro Renovation, locally owned by Tony, is a fantastic company! Tony has remodeled two bathrooms for me and just finished a complete home remodel that entailed installing hardwood floors throughout and replacing all doors and hardware. Tony ensures that the work meets the homeowner’s expectations and if it does not, the work I corrected immediately. He is always involved with the project from inception to completion and has been great at keeping me updated on the progress. You would not go wrong by hiring Certified Pro Renovation for any home improvement project you have in mind. I would hire him for anything I had to do and highly recommend him and his company!"

"I am very pleased with the renovation results that Cardona services gave me. My 1972 Manufactured home needed an update and reinsulation. My house was drab and chilly in the winter. Ricardo had good ideas and satisfied any concerns I had and it showed. It was recommended to insulate the ceiling first to prevent heat from escaping as it rises. Ricardo recommended R5 insulation board to be covered by a smooth covering. I was concerned it would bring my 7ft ceiling down and feel claustrophobic. But, gaining heat efficiency was the priority so, I agreed to Ricardo's plan. To my surprise, when Ricardo was done, my ceiling seems even higher! The rooms feel more spacious. I love it. The new hallway doors with black knobs are stunning, along with the new black bathroom faucet. My Manufactured home feels like a regular home . We love our new surroundings. Thanks Ricardo and Raymond from Cardona! I highly recommend them."
