"It was time to replace our 25 year old furnace and leaky A/C system. John provided a number of reasonably priced options and gave us plenty of time to make a decision. John was prompt, friendly and courteous. He installed the new furnace, A/C and a water heater himself in a timely manner. He did a first-class job and was conscientious in making sure everything was right. His workmanship was excellent. He answered all questions and made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was completed. We were very pleased with John's work and will continue having him provide maintenance and service in the future."

"He did a fine job. The drywall work was great, but I will never use him again because I just didn't like him. I did not have to pay more than the big deal price. He seemed very rushed, he was on the phone, he hardly spoke to me, he came in and did the work, and he did a great job. I showed him some other things in my house, and he said he could do that, and he could do that, but he was in and out of here in 20 minutes. I wasn't going to call him again because he could have done those in the time frame. He said I should give him a call. I felt like I was an interruption in his day. I didn't like the way he treated me. He was a smoker and I generally do not hire people who smoke, he had an odor. I had no problem with the work he did. He gave me advise on some things. I showed him where it had leaked on the ceiling. I have nothing negative about his work. He was very responsive, and he came earlier than he was supposed to, and he called me to ask if it was okay. He made me feel like I had hired him for that job, and once the job was done, he was done.  He came in and took care of what I had intended, but he could have done other things. He seemed to be in a rush to finish and get out. I am sure he had another job to go to."
