"The process up to the QA Inspection was excellent. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Austin was excellent at giving honest answers to all our questions. When I asked him one he couldn’t answer he didn’t try to BS his way through, he simply said he didn’t know and then proceeded to make calls until he got an answer. At the Pre-install inspection we were told the install crew would arrive between 8-10. The install crew chief was very surprised to hear that when he arrived at 7. The installation was also excellent. Done and dusted by 4PM. The QA inspection cost you an excellent rating. It was little more than a high pressure sales pitch to replace my aluminum siding with vinyl. I just spent $20K on a new roof and he pressured us to spend another $40K on something that doesn’t need to be replaced. Not cool. I would definitely recommend Power, but with a caveat on the QA inspection."

"We hired JW Tull earlier this year to replace our roof, install new siding and new gutters. The finished product is great! Our contact person was very responsive and any concerns we had during the process were addressed. We then painted the bring on our house white to complete the look."

"Eric came out about three days ago, ran through the whole process, showed us what our roof would look like & what components would be used during installation. It was nice to be able to see and touch the products we’d be receiving prior to signing contract. Then a couple days later I connected with Dana for scheduling & the crew arrived exactly when she said they would be. The crew arrived on time, Dylan the project manager maintained contact with me throughout the entire process, ensuring that we received a flawless product from beginning to end. I wouldn’t hesitate whatsoever to recommend this company to any of my friends or family. The way they present themselves from start to finish has blown us away and exceeded all expectations. "I called George's Painting Inc  after reading all the great reviews on Angies List. Certainly any company with so many positive reviews has to be impressive. Upon calling for an estimate one of the associates was in the area and literally came out in 20 minutes. I was very impressed with that.
That is where my positive feeling peaked. The associate was nice and walked around my property as we discussed the (4) paint jobs I wished to have performed. (3) Exterior and (1) Interior. There was no measuring, no determination of square footage, no calculator - In 10 minutes he had "number "which he offered for each job. It seemed a very casual way of doing business. He took my email and promised to send me a copy of the estimate.
No email arrived the next day but I did get a call from the associate. Despite having been here yesterday ... it took many references for him to remember who I was. He thought I was a customer who he has NEVER spoken too, then he thought I was a customer he visited Saturday. In the end, after reassuring him that he came out YESTERDAY, he remembered who I was but offered no explanation about not receiving the oral estimate in writing.
As he was a young guy I can not attribute his memory loss to having a senior moment, but it was uncomfortable enough for me to feel this company might be either to casual or too overworked to handle my job.

Bill came and walked roof, explained material options, addressed all my concerns with various leakpoints I’d discovered upon moving into my home. He communicated promptly regarding scheduling, his crew was great, they worked efficiently to complete my roof same day. They cleaned up all the materials upon completion and showed me at different points how they addressed the pre-existing damage/leaks. I will definitely use All Exteriors again. In fact, planning to hire for exterior wall of home that also has extensive water damage (from roof problem). Unfortunate to have this going on with newly purchased home but having a reliable, competent contractor makes a huge difference."
