He did not just simply tell me they werenâ t salvageable, but explained why they were probably fried in the storm, and what could be done to most likely prevent it from happening again. He emailed me an estimate to replace the two units, while still at our home. Having had another company out earlier that was not nearly as thorough or responsive (and had a much higher estimate), I contacted Braintree the next morning to do the job. Dave was sent out the same day to complete the work. He was again very polite and thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. All of the old parts were cleaned up and removed from the property upon completion. He took time to show me how everything worked, and was very patient in answering every question I had. It should also be noted that the owner, who I spoke with by phone, was also very personable. In addition, they also applied a military discount to my bill, which this vet greatly appreciated. "Called on a Friday got an appointment for Saturday between four and five actually got a phone call to see if they could come earlier. Tech came out took a look at our garage door and opener took my budget into consideration installed the new garage door opener belt driven instead of chain . Also did a rebuild so I got new springs seeing the garage door was still in good condition. Technician was fantastic left everything clean. Technician also showed me how to work the new door opener and keypad . I highly recommend this company"
