Get matched with top major home repair pros (general contractors) in North Falmouth, MA

"I was very impressed from the start of the quote process with JR, through the comprehensive work from his painting and construction crews to the final inspection of US ProPaint's quality and timely work. Our home is a 1768 Cape with a barn in need of a lot of repairs prior to painting. Their work went above and beyond by adding, without charge, some minor but notable "surprises' not included in the quote. JR clearly views customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations as goal #1."

"Harold fixed foundation issues I’d been trying to get sddressed for four years without luck! He responded to every thought I had and did what I wanted. I feel like I have a new home! Wonderful, professional, creative, responsive and thorough! I will never have anyone else work in my home!"

"Highly professional, skilled, hard working and punctual team. Does high quality work, respectful of the people living in the home throughout the construction process, and cleans up at the end of each workday. Offers good suggestions and input. Iâ  ve hired them for major projects at two different homes and am very pleased with the results."

"Went very well. We are extremely pleased! Keeps sub contractors under control."

"I recently hired LionHeart Finish Carpentry for a bathroom remodel, and I honestly couldn?t be happier with the results. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, respectful, and paid close attention to every detail. The quality of the work truly surprised me ? the bathroom came out even better than I expected. Everything looks clean, modern, and very well finished. They communicated well throughout the project and made sure everything was done the right way. It?s hard to find contractors who combine quality, professionalism, and reliability like this. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for remodeling or finish carpentry work."

"His work is just impeccable. Showed a lot of respect for my home and did phenomenal work."

"FF Crpntry assembled and installed two metal posts and mailboxes on my property. They were prompt, polite, and completed the project according to specifications and USPS guidelines. Great work! Thank you."

"Worked on a project with Dana for two years. First-year did demolition and construction of four bedroom house. With the current supply and labor shortages, the project took longer than projected. Being a smaller contractor Northstar had problems getting and keeping subcontractors consistently. I understood but communication was lacking. The project was completed last summer but a year and a half later Dana has disappeared and drainage issues continue to cause basement leakage. This issue has been brought to his attention many times. Although there have been promises to rectify have not seen Dana at the site since March. I am writing this in September and I am tired of bailing out the basement. He does not answer my phone calls and text messages only get terse responses. I made the mistake of paying him in full with promises of completion of the house and resolution of issues. Similarity this past year I added a garage with Northstar. Again the project was almost completed but since Dana disappeared the final tasks and punch list remains including a leaky roof. Overall quality of work when completed is good and completed at the estimated cost. Dana is easy to work with but I am disappointed that he chose to disappear and stop communicating with me without completing the job. Beware and be sure to get all agreements in writing."

"Absolutely awesome experience dealing with this company. Dylon responded quickly, gave us options and followed through on everything he promised. The roofing team did a great job, and left the job site immaculate. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them for future projects."

"Stephen helped us renovate our condo in Boston in 2021. The work included complete bathroom renovation, electrical work, and building new closets. He found great contractors who did an amazing job, he also took care of all the paperwork/permits/building management, and helped to select and buy all the materials and appliances. He is proactive, professional and helpful, and I'd certainly recommend working with him."
