As a disabled veteran, I had high hopes that your team would provide the reliable support I needed for my new reverse osmosis (RO) system, particularly after encountering a persistent rotten egg smell in my water just weeks after installation. Despite making eight or nine calls and being assured that someone would come to address the problem, no one has shown up to resolve this issue.
