One was hugely over priced and the other two were pretty comparable, with Alex Cole being slightly higher. It basically came down to our confidence in the experience of the workers and how they explained what they were going to do for our project. They waited about 1 and a half weeks to do the final grading and seeding of the lawn where they did the drainage work to allow the ground to settle first. <br /> The only reason that I couldn't give them a full and quot;Aand quot; was that I think they could have been more proactive in explaining why they were waiting to finish the final grading/lawn repairs. When I came home Friday night and found the lawn still torn up I was a bit dismayed as I had assumed based on our previous conversations that the work would by 100% complete Friday night. No note was left behind to explain and I had to wait until Monday to find out what was going on. Their answer satisfied me and when they came to complete the work they were very quick and efficient.
