"My home AC stopped working Monday night, 7/15/2019. I reported the problem to CHW on 7/16/2019. CHW responded via e-mail informing me that technician (STAY COOL w/ROB) was assigned and will respond on Wednesday, 7/17/2019. Technician came on Wednesday and discovered my home AC unit needed a fan blower motor. I called the technician's office Thursday, 7/18/2019 to track progress, and was told that tech was waiting for authorization from CHW to purchase repair part. I called CHW and was told that tech was given authorization to do repair. I call tech office again and was told authorization was just received from CHW, and that part was ordered and they would try to do repair on Friday, 7/19/2019. There was no response from tech on Friday morning, so I called tech office Friday afternoon. I was told that part was ordered and they would try and get the repair done on Saturday, 7/20/2019, between the hours or 11am and 1pm. My response to all of this is: I live in NC and it's very hot.
