"They did a beautiful job. Salesmen was great. Workers did a Very professional job. It was done quickly. In fact they told me it would be done in Feb. and I had my doubts that they would work out there in the bitter cold temps. but sure enough they showed up and worked full days. I couldn't find even one thing that needed to be corrected. I called them almost a year later to ask what kind of screws I needed to use to install a blind on one of my windows out there and they actually came and dropped off the proper screws for me. Very impressed with their work. Their price was slightly higher than a couple of the other estimates that I got but it was well worth it. <br />"

" We found Brad to be more than willing to work with tenants living in the house in order to get work done. He communicated with us regularly which was huge because we are currently living out of state. We wanted to update the house and maintain the 1927 character of it and Brad was able to do just that. He preserved specific things we felt are important to keep & found ways to make the new blend with the old.  He brought everything up to what is current code as well. He gave us high, middle and low range cost options. "Comfort Windows replaced 10 windows and a storm door in my residence. They were neat clean and very professional and in 2 days had the job done. When the job was complete the cleaned up the job site and they even repaired 2 screens that were damaged. They went the extra mile on replacing trim that had to be replaced. "Keystone Custom Decks was absolutely amazing! This summer we took on a very large outdoor project which included an inground gunite pool, paver pool deck, fire pit, paver patio with an outdoor kitchen and bar, and a 20 x 20 covered deck with a fireplace. We used 3 separate contractors for each phase of our project. Despite a minor setback in scheduling due to Covid, Keystone understood the magnitude of our project and how one phase affected the other. They were able to flex their schedule in order to make sure they weren't holding up the other contractors. When the project started it was like poetry in motion. Daniel and his crew were the ultimate professionals and their workmanship was impeccable. Their methodical approach and receptiveness to our input made the project stress free and enjoyable from beginning to end. "I used them yesterday, the last two days to be exact. We had twenty five windows replaced and a new front door. The people that came were very professional, cleaned up beside themselves. They were friendly, they kept steadily at work through all that heat, they also showed us how the windows worked. They thanked us for having everything out of the way so that they could work unhindered. The windows look beautiful, I am not sure if they work because we haven't had any rain since. It cost about sixteen thousand dollars. The price was reasonable. I give them an 'A' overall. The price was in the ballpark. Twenty years ago when we built the house we had Lincoln windows. They are the ones that sold us Lincoln windows to our contractor and they turned to be not very good. We finally decided to replace them, we went to Rochester's sales and told them that we were hesitant because they were the original providers of Lincoln windows. The salesman said that Rochester was trying to make it up to the affected customers and we should come back and ask them for new windows. We did that and the price reflected it. I thought that was nice and responsible. We felt comfortable, the salesman came in with a number and said that it reflects their desire to respect the fact that the original window turned out to be not the product that they expected from the contractor. They were trying to build respectability in the people who felt bad about the first incident. The product was good and met all our research criteria. I would use them again in the future."
