"Let start by saying WOW!!! Great job 5 Star Plumbing. I needed to replace my 50 gal water heater the other day. I called other company's to get estimates for replacing my water heater. What I thought was going to be an easy job, they gave me a price that was outrageous. It seemed like they didn't want to do the work. So, that's when I called 5 Star Plumbing and not only did the front office tell me they can do it. They came the same day and the price given was much cheaper then the other companies i called. Peter and Oleg came out like promised by the office. I was amazed on how quick and efficient they both where in changing my 50 Gal water heater . Rest assure, 5 Star Plumbing is at the top of my list for future plumbing needs. Thanks again for the prompt and quick response."

"Armando from Express Sewer and Drain assessed the repair and gave me estimates for replacing the ball valve and repairing the section to restore water to the pipe that provides water my front yard irrigation. He was fast, and efficient and is an excellent communicator. He answered all of my questions and provided options, and the recommended fix. I couldn't be happier with his work! Very happy with the price of repairs as well! Express Sewer and Drains pricing is half of the cost of the area's larger Plumbing service estimate. Icing on the cake is that when I told Armando that we had low water pressure in our Master Bathroom, he suggested a couple of things to check. We thought we were looking at needing to re-plumb the pipes into the Master Bath. I did what he suggested and like magic, we have restored water pressure without needing an expensive repair! Thank you Armando! We will definitely call Express Sewer and Drain in the future when we need plumbing work."

"This company was amazing. Mike showed up well within the time frame they had promised to diagnose and start repairs. I had one toilet where the water wouldn't stop running, the other where the tank wouldn't fill and a shower faucet that wouldn't stop dripping. I actually only called them to fix the toilet that wouldn't fill up, but when I asked about the other items Mike said he could absolutely do them.
The whole experience was enjoyable. Mike was very pleasant, professional and informative and went out of his way to explain what he was doing and also checked to make sure I wanted to proceed with repairs before just doing them (not all contractors will do that). He was very efficient and had everything done in about an hour or so. I was expecting the price to be a lot more than it was, so whenI saw the bill I was pleasantly surprised.
I have made it a goal to build up a list of trusted, reliable and honest contractors, and I have just found my future contractor for all plumbing needs. I will absolutely recommend The Plumbing Therapist (especially Mike) to all my friends. A+ experience for sure.

"Response within hours on a SATURDAY/ knowledge of problem EXCELLENT/ no price inflation/ very PROFESSIONAL/ extremely TRUSTWORTHY This is the response from my daughter on a visit at her home from Kermit. This was the 3rd plumber trying to fix a very routine problem. I had called two others that received good reviews but the job wasn't done due to failures on the other company's side. This was over a week I have been working on this plumbing problem. Went back to Angie's list and called two other plumbers but no response just voicemail or grumpy person answering. THEN called Legacy Plumbing and this kind man named Kermit picked up the phone and said he will be there in 2 hours. Called me back to confirm he was on his way. Resolved the problem and the sound of water draining down the tub drain was a wonderful sound. He had to snake using the sink drain and discovered a part that was broken in the sink and repaired without inflating the price. Cleaned up and was VERY professional. "Dependable is their name and it speaks volumes. They were here the very next day for my toilet valve leak after waiting a week for my home warranty company to reschedule another technician. Dependable sent Taylor, who jumped out of his truck with an immediate smile. He was absolutely personable, respectful and professional. Immediately put me at ease. He evaluated my needs and gave me repair/replacement options for my immediate situation to get me through the night and we'll do the main fix in the next day or 2. With 3 bathrooms, I've put off for too long, other repairs or replacements that we will tackle next. He, again, gave me options to consider and timeframes to get these jobs done and working again. It's very easy to close off extra bathrooms and not use them for awhile when something breaks or doesn't work quite right. I may have to update this review after we complete everything, but most likely, it'll be to my liking. For promptness, I'll most certainly refer Dependable Rooter & Plumbing to my friends and neighbors. For service, if they're anything like my technician, I would highly recommend them."

"They initially re-plumbed our entire house years ago so we are still under a service contract with them. They do excellent work. We have had no problems with them. They were very professional. There were only about two of them here at a time and they come do whatever they have to do and then, the construction crew came in after them and did what they had to do. We are very pleased with them. A lot of companies would not work with construction crews that way, but they do."
