There were some conflicts about charges & what their service agreements cover or don’t that he called the owner about that could’ve gone either way, but in the end they did good business & I signed up for their annual service plans - which was basically the same price as the one service call would’ve been... but gives us a winter tune up as well. Thankfully they honored. They gave estimates for additional jobs which were about 2x what they should’ve been... so we didn’t hire for anything else."

"ONLY one willing/able to show up on a Saturday and 1 days notice prompt- efficient- went very well EXCEPT cost $300 They said $185 for service call but that $185 to be applied to cost if service done. Then charged an additional $80 for part to be installed and then $35 to top off Freon. We felt $265 was very very high for capacitor (185+80)"
