"The project came out well, possibly better than we first envisioned. Flavio and Andrew are conscientious workers, and have a lot of expertise. We worked together to form an idea of how we could get the most out of our small space. They were open to our ideas and input and had their own suggestions on how to make it look good. Any problems that came up(and there is always something to deal with, parts missing from appliances, etc.) they always figured out a solution to. They always came when they said they were coming, and arrived early to start. Bathroom looks great, I have a new radiant heat floor that I love. They also put all new luxury vinyl plank throughout the house, and bumped out my kitchen so I now have room for more cabinets and a dishwasher. A laundry closet and a storage closet was added to bathroom, maximizing the space. In 2020, we hired this company to install a door in our living room and a large deck outside. They did a great job on that, which is why we knew they were the best choice for this renovation."

"We had attic stairs installed. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the work. They came in, did the work and left everything spotless! They are extremely professional and do expert work! We are very happy!"

"Came within the week, fair price for a quality job. Completed one room walls and ceiling in a days work. Cleaned afterwards, professionally dressed, organized with a friendly crew."

"I hired CM Franco for my master bathroom remodel. Corey is a licensed contractor as well as a licensed plumber and electrician and he does not disappoint. He has an entire team of guys who are skilled and meticulous in their installation. They were dependable and always considerate in making sure to keep the work space clean. I have done many renovations and have struggled with contractors who were not reliable or qualified. This renovation was very different. I would choose Corey again and again! (And such a GREAT guy!!)"

"Mark and his team did a great job with my basement. Good communicator and follow up. I would use Mark in the future for any other major projects on my house."

"This project involved hanging four different heavy items on the wall. It went really well despite the fact that the TV mount didn't have the right hardware. We collaborated well and in a few hours my living room was furnished! He's a true pro and I'd definitely work with him again."

"Excellent work and done in a timely manner. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Mike and his team come highly recommended."

"I can not say enough about John and his team! From the first time I met John, arrived on time, spoke straight and honestly about what needed to be done. I agreed with his rationale, asked for a quote, received it as promised and it was very reasonable compared to others. The work started on time, status and communication was a 10 out of 10. Most importantly the work was completed as scheduled and the work was just outstanding! I’ve already recommended him to 3 friends. Can’t say enough positive things about his work!"

"We hired Chad to replace the shower in one bathroom and remove the bathtub in another, replacing it with a beautiful walk-in shower. Since Chad is both a licensed plumber and contractor, the entire project was handled seamlessly from start to finish. I selected all of the materials, and Chad picked everything up for us, making the process easy and stress-free. His crew was outstanding?they worked with great attention to detail and their craftsmanship was excellent. During the project, I made several changes, including switching the faucet style and deciding to install a shower niche instead of corner shelves. Chad was incredibly patient and accommodating, making sure everything turned out exactly the way I wanted. Throughout the renovation, Chad and his crew treated our home with respect, kept the work area as clean as possible, and left everything in excellent condition when the job was complete. We are thrilled with both bathrooms and would highly recommend Chad to anyone looking fo"

"It was a highly successful project. Excellent workmanship and customer service. Will definitely call them again."
