"I called them and told them what I wanted to have done.  Within two days, they came to my house with fabric books.  I chose an imitation leather that would wear well.  They ordered the fabric and called me as soon as they received the material.  I told them I would really like to have it done by Thanksgiving, as I was having a large group for dinner.  They said no problem!  Within a week it was done.  Looks BEAUTIFUL!  It is the only piece of furniture I have ever had reupholstered ever!  i always thought it would be such a pain, that it would be easier to buy new.  Now that I know how smooth the process can be, I am going to have them do more."

"The quality of their work was excellent. The price was fair. Unfortunately they did not keep their word about repair time and I was forced to call them repeatedly to get my furniture back. Initially they quoted 2-3 weeks. I called them in the 4th week to ask when they would finish and was told the table leg was done but not the table top and would take 2-3 more days. I called them again after another week went by and now could only get a cellphone voicemail. I left 3 messages total on their cellphone voicemail, none of which were returned. After leaving my last voicemail, I suspected they were deliberately avoiding talking to me, so I called again right away from a different phone. They answered immediately. Guess what? They delivered my furniture in 2 hours after that last call. Never at any point was I rude to them - I just wanted my furniture back. Solid workmanship marred by terrible service."
