"I have Denny fo these 2 pieces about 10 yrs ago. The stuffing was coming thru the arms and the cats were playing with it. I decided it was time to get them done again. I asked Rudolf to do something a little custom and he did exactly what I asked, as we tested the door we found that doing it the custom way I wanted wasn't as functional as I originally thought. "The quality of their work was excellent. The price was fair. Unfortunately they did not keep their word about repair time and I was forced to call them repeatedly to get my furniture back. Initially they quoted 2-3 weeks. I called them in the 4th week to ask when they would finish and was told the table leg was done but not the table top and would take 2-3 more days. I called them again after another week went by and now could only get a cellphone voicemail. I left 3 messages total on their cellphone voicemail, none of which were returned. After leaving my last voicemail, I suspected they were deliberately avoiding talking to me, so I called again right away from a different phone. They answered immediately. Guess what? They delivered my furniture in 2 hours after that last call. Never at any point was I rude to them - I just wanted my furniture back. Solid workmanship marred by terrible service."
