"Highlander Waterproofing of WNY was hired to install two sump pumps in my crawl space. Giulio was very responsive and provided the most reasonable solution to my water problems. He didn't recommend an entire "system" like others did. House is in Lakeville next to Conesus Lake and the water run-off and water table is high especially at this time of year. The space they worked in was extremely tight but the men did an outstanding job navigating the limited space. Two sump pumps were needed to capture pooling water in the uneven grade. The men also dug a trench 70'-80' to lay drain tiles. Lastly they installed a high-grade vapor barrier on the dirt floor to minimize moisture. They were able to accomplish all of this in a day. They cleaned up very nicely, were extremely polite and provided an excellent experience. I am confident the water issue has been remedied in the crawl space. I intend to hire them again in the Summer to repair and waterproof the outside foundation walls. Excellent workmanship."

"I had a big name waterproofing company out several years ago that did work on two walls of my house and continued to have problems with leaking. They did come back a few times and tried to repair but never could get it sealed properly. After paying a annual fee to keep a warranty for a problem they couldn't repair I decided to get a few contractors out and look to get another opionon. Buckeye Waterproofing was by far the most experienced of them and explained everything that was going on so I and my son-in-law could understand and make sense. They told me what was needed to be done to repair what previous company did and what would be needed for the rest of the house. After sitting with Rick from Buckeye I had decided to have them do the work because he made me feel so comfortable with the work he would be doing and gave me the best price of the quotes we had. Everyone else wanted to do start from scratch and do previous work I had done over while Rick explained he could repair the work and save me some money since I had already paid for work years ago. The crew Rick sent was prompt,clean and very respectful of my house and I was extremely satisfied with work they did. It has now been 2 months since the work was done and everything has been dry with no issues at all on the new work that was done or the repairs to the old work that the other waterproofing company did and couldn't figure out how to repair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and have already sent them a friend to have work done as well.

"James is awesome. Great customer service he never got tired of me asking questions. The company had to waterproof my house from the outside. He replaced the old clay pipes with new ones. As he began working, he immediately contacted me because my sewer line was clogged which prevented him from installing a pipe. I was thinking, oh no, what am I going to do, who am I going to contact. When I arrived home James (owner of the company) had already contacted a company who was on sight and working on the problem. James (owner of the company) completed the project in less than two weeks, cleaned up and returned a month later to till and seed my front lawn. By the way, another contractor had started waterproofing and caused me a lot of problems by not installing my pipes properly. The contractor was so much cheaper. However, I got what I paid for with that contractor. James had no pressure tactics, no sales pitch, he tried to get me the best price ever."

He was on time and very knowledgeable! No job was too big for them. Was provided an estimate and time frame. They Fixed the down spouting, new french drainage diverted the water away from the house, built retaining walls and even built cement patio! Honest, dependable and completed on time as promised! I highly recommend them!"
