"My awning was over 10 years old and still worked perfectly but the fabric had fade and was torn. Patio enclosures did the original install and when I contacted them, they still had all my information and measurement on file! They had over 100 colors and patterns to select from and the materials arrived ahead of schedule. My installers (Dave and Al) were friendly, knowledgeable and very methodical in the way they carefully removed the old materials, clean the tracks and replaced and tested the new install. They even suggested using the touch up paint while they had the cover off instead of being in a hurry to rush to the next job. I was very pleased with the whole process from ordering to final installation. I highly recommend them for any outdoor enclosure! 5 Stars!!"

"They did an amazing job. It was a full remodel of a shell of a lake side cottage. They did everything from the special environmental permits, demolition of a derelict sunroom. And a full gut of the interior down to the studs. They worked with me on a floor plan. They built a beautiful large deck. Ingrid and her team supervised all of the electrical, insulation, and plumbing through out the cottage. Her team then connected me to the town sewer which needed a six foot ejection pump to reach the road side. The interior is amazing. They did such a great job creating space out of such a small footprint. Subway tiled bath/shower. Heat pump system with the spray foam insulation works super efficiently. Ingrid and David made my lakeside cottage dream a reality. And they did this all with no direct access to the property with vehicles. All the construction debris was moved by trailer and 4x4. Just above and beyond."

"Coen Construction responded to my message within an hour, which is really good.  The owner, Scott, promised to look over my driveway and appraise it for snow-blowing.  Because they were so busy today, he sent over his brother, Sean, instead to hand shovel the driveway. Sean did a fabulous and quick job of it. I would definitely use them again for snow removal. On busy days after a snow storm it can be really hard to find someone who will respond as quickly with as much customer orientation as Coen Construction did. <br />"
