"We had an appointment with this company to repair our toilet and during the consultation he recommended to replace the toilet. It was due to the age and the cost of parts would be far greater then a brand new toilet. Well...we thought we knew better. We invited another company and they told us they could fix it for way more then RPX with no mention of a replacement toilet. By end of he week Rooter Pro Xpress was at our house with a new toilet ready for installation. Best decision ever."

"First, I emailed them a request for a service call on Sunday, Sept 7th. I received a call promptly Monday morning, and though I couldn't get to the phone, the scheduler left a very polite and professional message, ready to address my concerns.
I spoke to someone a few hours later when returning the call and we were able to schedule a service call for today, Tuesday, Sept 9. Not only was Michael on time, but the scheduler called and said he could come early if it was convenient for me.
Michael was very polite and professional. He asked what my concerns were and he immediately got to work to figure out what was wrong.
Silly enough, it wasn't even an AC issue; it was an electrical issue and a switch needed to be replaced. He offered to fix the switch on the spot so that we didn't have to call someone else to come out and do it. We asked him several other questions about how we could cool our home more efficiently, and he addressed each question with simple responses that gave us all the information we needed. He was more than helpful.
Although we opted to have my husband fix the switch (since he works with electrical components), we were completely sold with the professionalism and level of service. We will be calling them back soon to go forward with Michael's suggestions!
