"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"I had a water leak in my front yard & after researching the highest rated Plumbers, I found Rooter Pro Plumbing of Georgia. They had great ratings on Trust Dale Caldwell, Angi's List, & Google. I scheduled a visit with them & Jerimey Jackson came by & did a leak detection. It was determined that I had multiple leads in my water line and he gave me all of my options & pricing. He is an expert on everything to do with plumbing & a great guy too. My water heater is 23 years old, so I decided to replace that as well. Jerimey led the work crew the next day in replacing my water line & water heater replacement. All the work was complete that day & the results are very good! I am very pleased with Rooter Pro Plumbing and the work they performed & the people I dealt with. Even the people in the office were great! "We were very please after our kitchen renovations were done but we did not consent to pictures of our kitchen being placed on line. Within the 3-year warranty, we had to contact Pedro, the owner several times concerning a pipe under the sink that was leaking and the microwave vent. After the three-year warranty was up, he was non-responsive. We left several messages on the companies’ voicemail and sent numerous emails concerning installation of new appliances. During the process of having new appliances installed, Lowe’s informed us, that our water line was not up to code and the microwave was not measured correctly. Therefore, as a result of the waterline not being up to code, the refrigerator and dishwasher could not be installed. I do not recommend doing business with Hdez Cabinets. Thanks TR"
