I have had an extremely hard time getting your company to follow through with work it is contracted to do. When yet another employee failed to do an inspection of my crawl space. I called. The receptionist refused to give me contact information for the general manager so that I could send him a detailed email outlining all of my concerns. She said a manager would call back today but that did not happen either. "

"Unfortunately, our sod job never got started! I received a quote from Justin a couple of weeks ago and I didn't hear from him so I contacted him to get a plan as to when they could get started. Justin called yesterday to tell me that he made a mistake with the proposal. When he called to get the price on the sod he realized he quoted me half of what we needed? I am very disappointed! We moved on to another contractor."
