"Alamo Garage Doors really care about their customers. Our door wouldn’t close properly, and they took the time to explain why and how to fix it. Everything was repaired on the spot, and it’s been working perfectly since."

"The man did a great job on my garage door, works perfectly and he repaired it in 45 minutes. Thank you ."

"Tomas and his coworker were awesome. What at first appeared to be a simple garage door opener installation turned out to be not-so-simple. They arrived right on time, and took me through what they were about to do with the install. They identified a couple of problems with the doors themselves and for a very reasonable price repaired that also. In addition, there was part needed for my installation that did not come with the garage door opener. They found the part closeby, went and picked it up and installed it perfectly. My doors now open quietly and smoothly. Will definitely recommend them again. THANK YOU!"

"It took quite some time to get here to fix my garage door, but to be fair no one else was able to get here. I felt that the repair was too expensive. I was impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the gentleman they sent out."

"Mass Garage Door came within two hours. (Another firm called back after two days.) He fixed the problem quickly and inexpensively. Notably, he did not try to upsell me. This was a sharp contrast with Morris Doors, which in 2016 told me I needed to replace, very expensively, the big springs and the door itself. My garage door has worked just fine without the Morris Door repairs. In contrast Mass Garage Doors is honest, punctual and fairly priced."

"George did an excellent job of tuning up my garage door.

"I called Garage Door 24 Hours after I found their name through a google search. "Searched on "Garage Door Repair Natick". This guy came right away. Very punctual. Said he would come between 5:00 and 5:30 pm, and would call me 45 minutes before his ETA. He called / and was at my driveway sharp at 5:15pm. He worked for an hour and fixed the problem. This guy Eli is a very knowledgeable and skillful service man. He is also very funny and entertaining. Enjoyed talking to him for an hour / watch him work. I am happy. Garage door works like well oiled machine. I recommend this company for your garage door needs."

"Originally planned on getting three estimates to replace our aging/failing garage doors. Based on a friend’s advice and Angie’s List ratings…I started with Independent Garage Door. Mike Dow, one of the company’s owners, came to our house and provided excellent advice as to the design and specs (among a bazillion options) of replacement doors that would be perfect for us. He made no attempt to up-sell us…or try to talk us into a cheaper but sub-standard product. Independent has a full-time office manager which made setting up the initial appointment easy and provided an always available resource to call to ask questions. That wasn’t the case with other vendors I called. We went with Independent Garage Door without bothering with additional estimates based on our positive reaction to Mike’s visit and advice. It turned out to be a good decision. The doors were delayed a little by the manufacturer, but Independent’s office manager kept us up-to-date on scheduling throughout the process and the final result is beautiful new garage doors installed quickly and professionally (consistent with Mike’s philosophy that he won’t sell/install a door that he wouldn’t put in his own home). I’d recommend this company to anyone for garage door replacement or service."

"It's okay. They were here on time, so that was good. They rushed through the job and the seal on the garage door was not quite tight and I had to fix it myself."
