"Rich Buccelli communicated by phone in a timely fashion and arrived on schedule and on point. Rich and his son worked together to identify the water leak location, cut ceiling and professionally repaired the leak in different places including ceiling, under sink and water faucets in basement serving outside garden and driveway areas. During the contract time, Rich demonstrated compassion while speaking with me (client) regarding my home and helped make me feel calm during the process. Rich also shared his professional experience on how to winterize my home for the season and professional knowledge on my home heating system. "So I had a water heater that was totaled, went on Angi, I was recommended A&B plumbing, AL came on Memorial Day, didn’t charge me extra for the holiday, I was expecting he take out the old heater and come back tomorrow, but not AL he came back the same day and installed a new water heater. I would recommend A&B plumbing, great price, great service, and on time and very polite. Thanks AL."

"They were extremely responsive and professional. Someone was dispatched to my home within 24 hours. He accurately diagnosed the problem - that the condensate pump had failed and needed to be replaced. He offered to replace it immediately because he had the part on his truck. The price quote ranged from $1350-$2100 depending on length of warranty I preferred. This seemed extremely high because I had the part replaced once before 3-4 years ago by another company for approx $400. I mentioned that to the installer; he indicated that the price was the price and he was sorry he couldn’t lower it. I found the identical pump online for prices ranging from $35-$75! It looked like an easy swap, so instead of paying Rodenhiser, I ordered the part from Amazon, received it the next day. I have zero experience or training and was able to swap it and fix the problem in literally 10 minutes. I understand that service companies need to charge for labor and mark up parts costs, but a repair I could do in 10 mins for under $50 should not have carried a $1350+ price tag! This was very disappointing, and I will not use them again."
