The scheduler said the $77 service fee would be waived and a price quote given after examining the job. The price quote was $227 to clean the bathtub drain and I interpreted that as a $77 service fee and $150 drain cleaning feel I was comfortable paying the service portion but thought the drain fee was high for the time and labor involved.
