"Ryan was pleasant and professional. Great job! Thank u so much for installing my water heater"

"I hired Quick Service from 3 plumbers that I called. The first part of my repair was located in the crawlspace under my house. The other 2 plumbers would not even come out to look at the job because of that. Quick Service gladly came out, quickly by the way, to look at the job and even came up with a possible alternative to going in the crawlspace. They also provided an estimate to replace all of the plumbing copper pipes and well pump. My house is almost 100 years old and needs a lot of work. They started the 1st stage of the job within days and completed it the same day. a few weeks later they came back to do an emergency replacement of my well pump. I called them on a Sunday when the well pump valve blew off and water was flooding everywhere. He calmly explained how to shut off the water and came right over to assess the situation. They came back a day later and replaced the pump. Quick Service is amazing, from the lady that answers the phone to the master plumber and his assistant. They are kind, expert at their job and very willing to work with us in staging the work so we don't have a large repair bill all at once. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services. Now I can confidently say YES to anyone who says "Hey do you know a good plumber?""

"Derrick did a great job! He worked efficiently and his communication was excellent. He left the bathroom spotless, fixed the toilet issue by replacing the mechanism in the tank, and showed me what he repaired. I highly recommend Derrick and will be calling him again if I have any plumbing issues in the future! Thank you Derrick!"

"Tess was exceptional. he replaced a leaking old water heater. When I made the call, he was on another job but since water was leaking he came later that evening to address the leakage. He was respectful and hardworking. He came on time and finished the job on time, the project was top notch. His price was very reasonable compared to others."

"They were up front with what is wrong. Provided explanation of the quote. Asked permission to get access to places. They explain the reasoning for the cost and the risks if ignored. Pricing was fair. Went above an beyond to solve the water heater issue we had. Even calling in an electrician to help with a fix. They were on-time to early on their scheduled appointments. Excellent customer service."

"Inside and outside repairs were handled efficiently and with extra care. House rules followed because of pets. Costs were presented, reviewed and approved prior to repairs. I would rate this project 5 stars"

"Highly recommended! Mr. Rooter of Maryland responded to my request and arrived promptly After inspecting the needed repair, I was given a very reasonable price for my water heater and the job was completed immediately! Great service!"

"Pohlman responded quickly when my water heater leaked and quickly replaced it at a competitive rate. I asked for multiple quotes and they were one of the first to respond. I appreciate the work, although I would have preferred to know which water heater was being installed before they put it in."

"I called at 8:00pm on a Tuesday night. The plumber came before 10:00pm as promised. He replaced a leaking shut-off valve and associated pipe within an hour. Cost was as quoted for one hour labor plus parts which were less expensive than expected. No extra costs for travel time or anything else. We will definitely use again."

"Chris was my plumber and he was knowledgeable, courteous and responsive to my project. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing and heating needs. They will be my go-to service provider for my future needs."
