"Jason the person that provided the quote over the phone was so very helpful and customer service was way beyond my expectations. Matt and Jeff who did the actual installation were very wonderful to provide information I asked for. Extremely professional. I was very impressed that my appt was scheduled between 11 -2 timeframe. They arrived by 10:15 and the installation was completed by 11:30. That included taking out the old water heater and installing the new one. These guys were fabulous and very professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. I will definitely know who to contact for plumbing services in the future."

"David was great. We determined the source of the water leak was a seam at the back of my Bradford and White water heater (1 of 2). After discussing options to replace both water heaters and choosing a couple of add-ons (electric anode rods and a membership) we questioned whether or not the water heaters were still under warranty. David determined they are under warranty, so all previous decisions were revisited. David didn’t flinch and quickly determined how we could move forward, and provided me with a new quote (labor) and timing for the replacement. "So smoothly! I called to inquire about replacing a hot water heater, they asked what size and they quoted me a price right over the phone. No options were offered, but then again, there was no upselling, or attempts to get me to purchase a maintenance plan or a water filter or other stuff that I got from their competitors. The guys arrived on time and were in and out in about an hour. They handled the permit and gave clear instructions on scheduling an inspection. Haven't had any issues. This is a no-frills operation, but you know what? Frills cost more. :)"
