On the day we were scheduled, TC called an hour before he was scheduled to let us know when he'd be arriving. TC was very punctual and determined to find the source of our water leak. He removed the water heater in less than no time. Then he explained to my wife and I that he needed to cut into the wall to find the leak. "I hired the wrong person initially to replace my polybutylene pipe. After over 2.5 months of continuing leaks I decided to have the work replaced. Glen from Ragsdale came over to give an estimate. He fixed where water was coming into the family room from the upstairs bathroom. He inspected the rest of the work done. The estimate from Ragsdale was significantly less than the other estimates I got including the repair he did that day. Glen and his assistant came and did the job in 8 hours.
