"When we first called Carl for a garage shelving estimate, he said he was in the area and would be by within an hour. We talked with him about what we'd like to have built and where we'd like it. He completely understood our needs, asked some intelligent questions, gave some valuable advice, and gave a good estimate for labor costs. He'd buy and bring the material to do the job and provide us with the receipt so we could reimburse him. We set a date for the next week. He arrived on time along with his adult son and all the materials he had bought for us plus all of his work gear. They set to work unloading our garage shelves (most of which were already containerized and boxed) into the middle of the garage floor. They worked very hard and very smart. The shelving was done perfectly on all three sides of the garage exactly like we had requested. They loaded our new shelves back up exactly where we wanted things and left some for us to do on our own at our request. They were very courteous, kind, efficient, and did an outstanding job. We've already asked Carl to come back and do some work for the interior of our home.

"I called yesterday because my garage door opener needed to be replaced. I was able to set up an appointment for this morning to have it replaced. There was no pressure to upgrade the opener...I was asked a few questions to help me decide which one we wanted. I already knew the model I was interested in, and was very happy when they recommended the same model. When the installer was here he noticed that one of the rollers on the door was broken, which was why the door made a terrible racket when it was raised and lowered. The tech replaced the rollers and lubricated everything, and now the door is so quiet when it goes up and down. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and I would highly recommend idoor."

"Fabulous. Entire kitchen remodel... and it was a big one! Anthony and his son, Steven, were here EVERY day! No sub contractors or promises they didn't keep. He told me 3 weeks, he finished in 3 weeks and 2 days (I added a few things including a water heater replacement). We have had incredibly bad experiences in the past and this was the absolute opposite. His workmanship was detail oriented and a true craftsman. He made recommendations that saved us money and that we couldn't be more happy with. Each day we came home, it was like a birthday surprise to see what they had done. They cleaned up after themselves every day, helped out with my dog, and made themselves our go-to people for any future renovations. I've already had several people as for their info after seeing my kitchen. Hire them because you won't be disappointed."
