"Started off Great! They called everyday to follow up on progress. After receiving 80% of money, Calls stopped, Actually they avoided calls for weeks not knowing what was going on. Lot's of promises and not finished 4 months later. We own a Small 670 sq ft home. They promised it would be complete in 3 -4 weeks. They threw away household items, and have left 22+ items unfinished. 4 months later still not finished. Would never recommend."

My husband & I always need it to talk to them about been messy and not been on time. overall, the job was not good. Smith uses only its own crew, no subs, and has a great network of suppliers for cabinets, tile, countertops, fixtures, shower enclosures and whatever else you need. Lisa coordinates and schedules them all. Once work began, Lisa was in steady communication via text, email or phone. She sent photos almost every day. If she had a question, she consulted us before proceeding. If we had questions, she answered them promptly. The job was done in less than a month. The results were beautiful. This small company is in high demand with good reason."
