"I hired Exact Exteriors to tear down a run down 3 season room to create a 400 foot deck. This meant tear down, building a deck, gutters and siding. Every single person they sent showed up on time, cleaned up at the end of the day and did an incredible job whether they were siding or building the deck. "This is an awesome and caring company! Recently upon arrival home from my husband's radiation treatment, the garage door slammed down and both coils broke. The radiation treatments are daily and I could not lift the door to get the car outside the garage for the next morning. Zach at the company rearranged their schedule and had two technicians at our home early the next morning. In no time at all, Scott and Mike M. replaced both coils and adjusted the door. Worked perfectly when they were finished, and we made our medical treatment that day, thanks to a great company!"

"The service technician arrived on time, however he did not come to the front door.  He went into the back yard and knocked on the patio door.  He was very quiet and not very responsive to my questions.  He did not provide an estimate while he was on-site, he sent it three days later via email.  I also had him look at an area that leaks during the winter months.  He told me he would have to talk to his supervisor and he would get back to me.  I recieved an email approximately 1 week later, the estimate was not specific and the cost for the repair was quoted as a starting price, because they were unsure why the leak occurs. <br />"

"Dan did a great job. He installed a new storm door and did a great job with the installation. He even did some minor adjustments to the main door which made that door open and close much better. Dan also replaced the weatherstripping on the patio entrance door and the bedroom windows in the main bedroom. Replacing the weather stripping solved my issues and made it unnecessary to replace them, huge money saving. I would highly recommend him for any window or door work that someone needs."

"I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THESE PEOPLE!!!!  They were meticulous and creative with the design.  The contract was clear and they stuck to it and the timing. All the factions involved (heating, electrical, carpentry) all worked together amzingly well. The project turned out beautifully and just how I invisioned!!  I was really impressed with everyone that showed up! They were very professional and truly worked well together.( Ex. when the heating guy ran into a snafu, the electrical guy was there within 20 min and they worked it out.)  Communication with the project manager was terrific. He answered my calls, texts or emails very promptly and he kept me apraised of everything.  There was clearly a concerted effort to keep us happy, to which they greatly suceeded!!  The Infinity windows are wonderful!!  I choose this company because they had the window I wanted but I would choose them again because of the qwuality of the people and the workmanship.  I went into this thinking they were pricey but when I saw the detail and the workmanship, I feel I got my monies worth!  This was my project and my husband wanted nothing to do with it but in the end he wished they had built our whole house!!  We love the room and, like I said, I can't say enough good things about this experience.  While I haven't dealt with upper management, they must be doing something right as they have happy, skilled staff.  This company is a class act with quality workmanship. <br />"

"My husband and I hired Design Group Three as general contractors to manage the remodeling on a newly purchased condo before we moved in. We have high standards and had heard that Design Group Three were perfectionists. We were willing to pay more for a detail-oriented general contractor and high quality work, which is why we chose them though we knew their prices were on the higher side. In the end, we are happy with the final result but feel that it required more quality control effort on our part than was expected. <br /> For example, the fireplace tile was initially set with broken, chipped, and crooked tiles. The dining room chandelier was visibly defective (manufacturer's defect) but was installed by the electrician anyway. There were other examples of minor issues, which I felt should have been caught by a project manager rather than by us, especially since we were not living in the home and only checking in every few days. In these instances, we had to point out the problems to Design Group Three and ask for the subcontractors to come back out to fix the problems. To their credit, they were very gracious with each of these requests and would get the problem fixed to our satisfaction. <br /> Communication with the team was sometimes an issue. The paint brand used was substituted without our knowledge or approval. Emails and phone calls were usually handled promptly but there were sometimes lapses of several days before we heard back. At project completion, we had to remind them to return our keys to us as well as provide manufacturer's warranty paperwork. As a positive, the Design Group Three team and their subcontractors were all very professional, polite and pleasant to deal with. <br /> Ultimately, the price to value ratio was not what we wanted. It did not feel that we were getting a better remodeling experience with Design Group Three than we would have with a more moderately priced general contractor. <br />"

"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. Looking forward to see how they last their first winter."
