"It was a very good experience to have Elite Exteriors design and compete our exterior refresh. we took their design ideas to j corporate new stone work on our home. . they replaced all siding and gutters. project was reasonably priced, the contractor communicated well with us and the crew was clean during job. Elite sent out an extra clean to person after job was complete so that was nice as well."

"Project started on time. Shingles were delivered in a truck that was too large to get under trees over drive so they needed to placed on ground and manually carried up on ladders. Supplier stated that Infinity should have informed them of the site and they would have delivered with an appropriate sized truck. If I would not have been home to stop them from driving up drive, I don't know how much damage to trees and lawn would have occurred. My biggest criticism was the lack of supervision on site. Before we signed on, I was told that there would be full time supervision. The project manager showed up a few times during the day but did not stick around to supervise the workers. Each time I went outside I asked who was in charge, never got the same name. Individuals came and left, no consistent supervisor that reviewed the work approach and quality. On our roof, siding needed to be cut to install new flashing. They had no process to cut the siding. Not even a line was not struck, a jig was not used and the result was butchered siding, that they would have just filled with excessive calk. The project manger did not do or say anything about the quality, they would have collected their money and left if I did not object forcefully and withheld payment. The crews did not protect the gutters and damaged three sections severely when carrying up the shingles. Cleanup was generally good, some minor damage to shrubs but within reason. The good news was that they did respond with corrective repairs. Their siding crew replaced the heavily butchered siding and their gutter crew replaced the damaged gutters , so in the end we were satisfied and paid the bill in full. The process was more stressful than it should have been. If I did it again I would require a commitment in writing on a full time supervisor, the same one from start to finish."

"Last fall I called around to many companies looking for a quote on my roof that was having a issue leaking. After dealing with 6 or so different places about quotes many of which turned out to be what they call storm chasers I came upon Watry Homes through a friend who had used them. Not only did I get a next day quote but I also got a quick and painless date set up for my roof to be replaced. A few days later what looked to be a small army came reading to get the job done. A dumpster was brought in take off the two roofs that were on there and before I new it they were done with that part of the job. Next up a truck came and loaded all the materials and they went to work. The following day they showed up early and put the final touches on. A big part of the job was making sure all the venting was right because whoever had the roof put on before done failed to do so. I now have vents in my bathrooms that work thank god as well as a vent along the whole roof to avoid issues going forward. The dumpster was picked up and the crew finished up the cutting along the edges and came down and explained everything. Warranty, types of products used, what I can expect going forward. While up there they also fixed some issues I was having with my rain gutters which save me time as well as money. This summer I am looking at having my house sided as the paint is chipping away in some areas. The first call I will be making when I become ready is to Watry because we went from a winter in 2013 of being cold with the heat high to being able to turn that heat down and using the fireplace. Which had been another issue.  It turned out that the home inspector failed to tell us when we bought it that the chimney was not fully covered which led to some cold nights. This was all fixed when the new roof was put on because of the fact that they put the pieces around that did the job. I can not say enough about this company and have told many how good they are. While I dont look forward to spending the money on siding I do look forward to seeing how different our house will look. Thank you for a great job and making me look like a great guy to my wife for not having to spend our entire bank account on our roof. Talk to you very soon.

"My roof replacement project was difficult from the start as I had cantankerous renters in the house that required me to postpone the project until after the renters moved out in mid-December.  Second, I live in Oklahoma City and my project was in Delafield, Wisconsin.  So I needed a contractor that was willing to hold his price until the spring and one that I could trust to competently handle the entire project while working with me over emails and phone calls.  Cory was just what I needed. He was professional and accommodating and extremely easy to work with.  He had tough site access conditions and even volunteered to shovel the driveway of my vacated property (no charge) so he could deliver materials and get started early in the spring.  Cory sent me pictures of his progress and when 100% complete so I could verify quality and completeness prior to releasing payment.  He delivered a quality job on schedule, cleaned up and there were no surprises. His price was the lowest competitive price also so I had the best of all worlds.  I highly recommend LeFever Roofing for any project Cory is interested in bidding and intend to use him again whenever a need for his work arises."
