"IAQM up and down the line were polite, professional, responsive, thorough, did quality work, and were reasonably priced. Can't ask for much more from a contractor. We had Jack-And-Jill bathroom with a bath/toiled common area and a bathtub with a leaky drain. Water accumulation caused mold to grow under the tub and up two of the three alcove walls and into one of the side rooms. They came out and quoted the work, gave us a work plan, followed it to a 'T', then gave us some hints on things we could do during the rebuild. Their work passed post-inspection on the first pass. Very helpful."

"Christian, Jose and Chris at All Dry Services stepped out of their comfort zone today and helped our (Removed company name conference deliver some much needed furniture to one of our neighbors in need. They brought their own truck and trailer, filled it up with a Queen size bed and frame with drawers, end tables and a big recliner couch. Drove to our neighbors apartment and brought it all in. The couch was a bit tricky but they did not give up! Now our neighbor can deflate that air mattress that she and her children were sleeping on sleep on a real mattress. He then prepared a remediation plan, provided several recommendations for remediation contractors. I was able to get several bids and Bob continued to follow up. The remediation contractor, RestoPros was wonderful. Once they were done Teresa with Culley Enviro came back to the house and performed the follow up test. "Easy to work with from the initial inspection to create a quote through to all the remediation work. No hard sell, spent time with us to explain what was going to happen. By far the best of the of the 4 companies we contacted for quotes (and the most reasonably priced). <br /> Also the most responsive of the 4 companies - gave us an initial quote within a day of getting the mold assessor's report and didn't change it much when they actually inspected our house.  In contrast it took one of the other companies more than a week to come an visit and yet another about a week to create a quote...  (we just wanted our house back, so we wanted to move things along - Restopros got that). <br />    <br /> Our mold assessor also liked their work - he hadn't seen them before but told us that he was impressed. <br /> <br /> All the work was done with as little disruption to us as possible and as fast as the drying process allowed. They were also flexible to work around both our schedule and the rainiest spring North Texas has had in a long while. <br /> <br /> They discovered that some extra work and equipment was needed as they proceeded (more drying equipment for instance because a. our house was very wet and b. we had the rainiest Spring in living memory so we had Houston-like humidity).  None of these produced a request for a change order to increase the price.   <br /> <br /> And they were the only company of the 4 who could do the whole job - the others either had to contract out ventilation duct cleaning or would not even quote for it at all. <br /> <br /> And did I mention that their price was the most competitive?  It was. <br /> <br /> Highly recommended.     Great work, great service, best price.  Thanks Restopros for giving us our house back as quickly as you could."

"A plumber told my renters there was black mold in the ceiling of my rent house and caused extreme panic.  I found Mold Inspection Sciences on Angie's List and they came to the home the next day to perform tests on the alleged black mold and air.  They ran extensive professional tests on samples in the attic as well as tests of the air quality in the bedroom, living room, and outside entrance.  Upon completing the test results, they sent an extensive written report to verify there was not any black mold in the samples taken.  They also answered all my questions regarding the report and were very professional. <br /> I was extremely pleased with their services."
