"IAQM up and down the line were polite, professional, responsive, thorough, did quality work, and were reasonably priced. Can't ask for much more from a contractor. We had Jack-And-Jill bathroom with a bath/toiled common area and a bathtub with a leaky drain. Water accumulation caused mold to grow under the tub and up two of the three alcove walls and into one of the side rooms. They came out and quoted the work, gave us a work plan, followed it to a 'T', then gave us some hints on things we could do during the rebuild. Their work passed post-inspection on the first pass. Very helpful."

"To begin, I did not hire this company for my job. However, Juan Kamrath did an excellent job of explaining each step of the process to remove my mold and did try to reduce the charges. Unfortunately, their pricing was too high for me and they were not able to provide all the services required to complete my job. If you need a remediation company I would recommend checking them out."

He then prepared a remediation plan, provided several recommendations for remediation contractors. I was able to get several bids and Bob continued to follow up. The remediation contractor, RestoPros was wonderful. Once they were done Teresa with Culley Enviro came back to the house and performed the follow up test.
