Multiple items were removed and the space was cleaned, sanitized and a new dehumifier installed in short order by the crew of Mark and Ed. Highly recommend Dutch's Mold Inspections!!"

"Customer service is top priority with this company. The crew is very thorough and eliminated the mold in the basement. There was also mold in the house. They cleaned out the air ducts, the furnace, and all surfaces in the house to eliminate the mold problem. They went out of their way to schedule a time that would work best for me. Then we did a followup walk through to address any lingering concerns or questions. I am very happy with the work they did and the cost. Other companies wanted the same or more but didn't want to do anything about the air ducts and furnace. I highly recommend Smart Healthy Homes."

"Brandon and his crew exceeded any of our expectations we had about mold remediation services. The crew was basically part of our family by the end of the job. We really didn’t know what to expect going into a mold remediation job and by the end of the job we literally gained an entire new level of living space in our home. One side of our basement was built in 1859, logs with bark on them still hold part of this side up. This space was a complete disaster, mold, centuries old dust, and allergens galore! "The job went very well. Steve and his team worked quickly and were clean. Installed additional wood fiber insulation over ~2000 sq ft area, replaced baffles, vented 2 bathroom fans to the outside of the house (previously vented to attic) & installed a hinged foam box over whole house fan. Also replaced 2 bathroom fans with newer models. When I discovered later on that one of the hinges of the foam box became loose (resulting in an improper seal when fan was turned off), Steve promptly returned and corrected the problem. We have not had any problems with the house fan since."
