"I needed to update the toilet in the basement. Andrew installed a new toilet and took the old toilet away. Andrew did a good job and made sure all was clean but my only problem is that he is very pricey. The price quoted was not the price I ended up paying. I know unforeseen things can pop up but my install was pretty straight forward. Andrew is a very nice young man but because of pricing I could never use him again."

Said that I would have to make another appt. “Bullied” me into getting a $800.00 garbage disposal two months prior to avoid pipes clogging, two months later, same clogging !!! Technician went in my basement and told me I needed a new sump pump. Cellino is trying to get as much money from me as they can, without finishing their repair work. Never again. Horrible customer service and technicians have absolutely no idea what they are doing."

"Had broken sewer pipe connecting from our house towards street. They were very responsive, came on time, worked all day in the rain, and dealt with unexpected complications super competently (basically sewage was flowing in the wrong direction from the town towards our property, and they had to coordinate with the town and approach it with more complicated technical approaches). Everything still got done that day, and gave us a very good price! One of the smoothest and most professional contractors I’ve dealt with! Could have been a nightmare scenario in the wrong hands."

I got hold of Cellino who came in a few hours and corrected the problem. The tech was very knowledgeable and had the job done in no time. Excellent job and of course 5 stars. "So happy to be able to use the plumbing again within 4 hours of their arrival, after dealing with repeated cleanings for the previous 10yrs which was just getting worse as the years passed. If they were unhappy to on the coldest day of the year so far, they hid it well. They did leave behind 1 of their power cords, forgot to reconnect my downspout completely, and poked a hole in the screen door, but that's pretty minor for work done that I won't have to worry about until the day I die or sell the house. They came back when I called to finish the downspout, get their cord and take away an old pipe left in the basement that they replaced. I would recommend them for replacing a sewer line to anyone, but I can warn you - they don't give free estimates, unless they can't camera your line 1st."
