"I thought my refrigerator died so I was very upset. I went off a recommendation from a friend and I am so glad I did. Scott was very professional and courteous and had my refrigerator back up and running quickly. He really seemed to care which is something that is missing in service nowadays. "Against my better judgment I reach out and set an appointment with this company trying to support a professed black owned business. Because it seems to be the norm I shouldn't be shocked, I wish I could speak on their work but I can't because they pulled a no call no show. He scheduled me between 2pm-5pm so I canceled my afternoon so I could be home and they pulled this mess. Never again!!!"
