I am stunned by the professionalism, honesty and transparency, the depth of their skill and knowledge, and the downright far more than reasonable charge for their service. It took me weeks until I got to Jeff and HWHIAH, so many people gave me the runaround, not following through even on a quote, suggesting absurd costs like $3K+ for labor. Why's it so hard to find someone honest, dependable, professional, and competent these days? "Patrick and his son are two of the most enjoyable contractors if have ever had the pleasure to work with. Our hot water heater broke and Patrick called me within 20 min of looking for a contractor he did everything he said he would without a fault. Let me tell you everything. He said he would show up on Sunday at 10:00 Am to replace our Hot Water heater. His son showed up at 9:30 am to drain our hot water heater his dad showed up at 10:00 AM on Sunday as promised. What a pleasure to fined someone with a great work ethic. A rare find these days . Patrick and his Son replaced our Hot water heater before 12 PM on a Sunday not sure all can understand how much we appreciated their honest and reliable service they provided. I realize this is a lengthy review I could go on for ever talking about how great an experience we had With Patrick and his son. "It went very well. Ross and crew showed up early and did a major repair to all the main bathroom fixtures where a leak was discovered behind the bathtub wall. The work was done in half a day with minimal disruption to the bathroom itself. There was less tearing up than expected and water pressure restoration was a bonus. They did install the cartridge a little too close to the wall so as to make it difficult to fit the turning mechanism over the cap, though all things considered it is a minor issue.
