"I have a Norco double pane window installed in 2003 where the inside pane suddenly shattered. I contacted several companies and chose Victory Window Plus to perform the repair. Victor can out the next day and removed the broken sash and sealed up the opening. Victor returned as promised within 48 hours with the repaired sash and re-installed it. "These guys did an awesome job on our old house foundation inside and out. It looks fabulous we are happier then we even expected.
