"Josh and his team recently did an excellent job remodeling our 20 year old house. They started by removing wallpaper. Then they installed all new baseboard trim, wainscoting, painted most of the house and installed a chandelier in our high ceiling foyer. "The day before the service, received reminder by e-mail. Day of service, received e-mail with handyman's photo and description. They were on time, actually a little early. Had Cov-id protection. Gave very detailed information on process. Did great work. They couldn't get original trim for the bottom of the shed door; they had to "make it". Loved the whole experience. Can't wait for the doors to come in. I thought the price was reasonable. I actually had already purchased some of the repair material and they were happy to use that. "I had four roofing companies assess a roof leak problem and Fred with IPS was the only one that did not immediately recommend a roof replacement. Everyone else (Bachmans, Mitri, Home Genius) only recommended solution was to replace the entire roof. Fred found the problem was elsewhere on the property and as a result saved me thousands of dollars. I later used him for plumbing repairs and other issues on my rental properties as well and his work ethic and performance far exceeded my expectations. I will be using Fred with Integrated Property Solutions for everything going forward. I just wish I could get the last 10+ years back of wasting time and money with general handymen. It will cost more but it is so worth it to just work with a reputable company that has a public profile with tons of positive reviews. If you have rental properties your tenants will stay longer and therefore increase NOI over time."

"I am very pleased with the way the shower now looks.  Due to cracked and old tiles, the shower leaks are now repaired. The leaks were due to the tiles, per plumber evaluation.  The shower full was completely replaced with new tile.  I had no idea it would look as beautiful as it does. 
The work was completed in 1-1/2 days. The technicians, Ryan and Cory worked diligently and professionally in a very "hot" bathroom. They were very considerate of my pets and  my work environment.
Dennie made it a point to check with the men and see that all was going accordingly.  He also checked multiple times with me to see if I was satisfied with the way the job was going. 
I do have more work that will need to be completed in the bathroom.  I am so pleased with the way this job was done and how beautiful my shower looks...I will definitely hire Dennie's Resurfacing for future work.  I will also recommend this company, these workers to friends and relatives.
The charge for this job was very fair.
