"Montco was one of 3 fence installers we had out to give an estimate on installing a vinyl privacy fence in our yard. Bill (the owner, I believe) came and one of the first things he said was that we should just do wire along the back of the yard instead of vinyl since there is already a wall of evergreen trees there. It would save us a big chunk of money (probably about 2K) and also make the yard feel less boxed in. He was the only one of the 3 contractors to suggest this and it made us feel like he actually cared. He listened to our concerns about keeping the fence as low as possible to keep the dogs in and was the only contractor who seemed fully confident in his ability to get the fence installed on a sizable incline without stepping the panels."

"First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind. I would definitely recommend them."

"After purchasing an Angie's List Deal, I received the measuring kit in the mail promptly. The template and instructions provided to draw my split table top and each of the leaves were easy to use and understand. I mailed the completed materials and received the table pads very quickly. The table splits in the middle to allow insertion of up to 3 additional leaves. The table also has 2 drop leaves. That's 7 pads. All fit perfectly. I have used them on the table for family parties (not every day) and they're durable and built to last. I keep them in the box they arrived in to protect them when not in use. These are a worthwhile investment."

"Went as close to perfectly as possible. Only glitch was finding some holes in waste water piping from upstairs bathroom that required replacement and also required the common wall to be built out. The project was only delayed about a day due to the situation. The owner is delightful and designed a gorgeous, functional kitchen that met every expectation I could imagine. The installation team's very conscientious and eager to please. The lead installer is very adept at thinking outside the box. His philosophy is that there are no problems only solutions. Goal is customer satisfaction and they do not disappoint. No hard sell. No surprise extra costs. Accessible owner. Punctual. Project stays on schedule."

"Mark is an AMAZING contractor, not only as a professional but a really nice personable guy. He arrived every day in a cheerful mood, and did an absolutely outstanding job remodeling my condo master bathroom at a very fair price, and I am totally thrilled with the outcome. He also installed a bathroom fan that other contractors said could not be done or didn't want to take the time to figure out how to do it. Kudos to Mark on that accomplishment!! He made sure I was happy with everything that was done and if I made a change, was more than gracious to make that change, something I have not found with other contractors I have hired in the past. He finished the job within the time period promised and wasn't charged one cent more than his estimate; in fact he purchased things that I needed along the way and didn't even want payment for those items. I could not end this review without mentioning his helper, Dave, who accompanied him every day.
