"We used Above & Beyond Construction to gut and remodel one full and one half bathroom in our 1960-built house. This was our first big home remodeling project and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Chester and his crew were easy to work and communicate with, kept us updated with timing and progress, and identified additional issues that needed to be addressed (aka some really nasty old corroded cast iron pipes and cracked joists in our basement) to prevent future catastrophes. If we hadn’t fixed them we know we’d have ended up having to rip out the beautiful new bathroom within 6 months due to the failure of the old plumbing! He was very helpful and gave us a great ideas as well as advice how to save some money. We hired him right away. "The JK Complete Remodeling team is very talented. They helped me design the basement remodel (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/bar, tv area, storage, coat closet and kids area including building it all out. They walked us through the different steps of the build out and made wonderful suggestions on what would look best or makes the most sense in layout, electrical switches/outlets, etc. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work is impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built the shelves and wine rack in the bar area, built the frame around the chalkboard paint in the kids area, built out a closet into our garage space. Woytek goes above and beyond when it comes to professional service; it was not uncommon for him to accompany me to pick a faucet or counter top. He had an array of cabinet choices and he has relationships with helpful and good quality vendors. The project took longer than intended, but I hear that is fairly common with construction."

"James Burns was an excellent worker; very professional and meticulous about the job. Reviewed entire house and garage outside and submitted a contract in a day or two. Started immediately and came every day but one and called to explain why he wouldn't be there. Before he started his work he always used drop clothes to protect anything that could be damaged. He replaced several shutters and lintels above the windows of our 1938 English Cottage. If I found anything he missed or I felt should be touched up he did so happily. In fact once the job was completed he called to tell me if I find anything at all that he missed just call him and he will come out and take care of it right away. So far I cannot find anything he missed and he even swept out our garage before leaving . We will definitely
