At the start of each day they would explain what they were doing and at the end of the day we could walk through to check on progress and next steps. All of our requests were accommodated, and David was very responsive and flexible with change orders and a last minute decision that we made. Overall, the basement turned out great. It adds 50% more space to our house and provides a warm/clean place for the kids to play. If I could go back in time I'd hire David and Jakubek sooner."
