"After talking to several contractors about my entire kitchen remodeling project, design for a new half bath, and wood floor installation, I chose Rick Fishman of Luxe Development, LLC and Iâ m so glad he agreed to do the work. When Rick and I met, he walked me through the process and was a good coach when I had questions regarding design issues, etc. He gave me a reasonable quote and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He is an excellent communicator and replies promptly to texts, phone and email messages. Rick also provided excellent sub-contractors who did professional and dependable work. I had a very dated, dark, small kitchen area with little cupboard or counter space. With the help of his kitchen design team (who were very patient with me) I now have lovely new quartz countertops/backsplash, an awesome island, super lighting and cabinets in addition to appliances that make being in this well-designed space a pleasure. Finally, the wood flooring project was a big task. Wall to wall carpeting was removed in the great room and kitchen tile was removed; both were replaced with a beautiful oak floor. Rick also designed a half bath that was needed and it turned out great. In summary, Rick and his crew did wonderful work and I will contact them again for future improvements."

"We hired Alex to do forestry mulching on our 4.5 acre property. It was thick of thorn apple trees, junk undergrowth, vines and brush that made the property unusable. Alex showed up on time, gave a great quote, and was able to start the project much sooner than I could imagine. Alex is a super nice guy and he did everything we asked, and was very professional to work with. I now have his number saved for many projects I plan to do in the future. "I'm not sure how to classify what the pros at Legend did for me. I discovered I had a major problem with water entering an outside wall in a house due to a bad gutter. The entire outside wall was water damaged as well parts of the foundation's band and seal and the sub-flooring. Everything needed replaced and rebuilt due to rot, water damage , and ants which love the rotted wood. Legends handled everything from demolition to the last finishing detail. They rebuilt the room's entire outside and inside wall. repaired the foundation, reset the windows, rehung the siding and gutters, finished the inside wall and trim. You would never know the was a problem now, everything from start to finish, in less than a work week. They arrived bright and early every morning and cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. They finished just under budget and ahead of schedule.I could not be more pleased, I've used the pros at Legends before and am sure I will again in the future."

"5 doors were replaced; each of them had their own problems( adjacent ceiling had fallen and the inside heating duct was raised so that the door could open smoothly, molding in several doors was broken or had holes and each was fixed to look like new, the colors of the doors and hardware was matched.) There was no additional charge for these adjustments or plastering of 3 additional ceiling and wall cracks/ holes in the plasterboard. A sliding door that had come off the track when it was removed and bent to install a new tub in the extended bathroom was fixed. Molding was replaced to make the extended bathroom look like it had always been that size. Dining room chairs that were in pieces were matched and put together to make the original set of 8 complete. Joseph came early on the 2 agreed upon dates, stayed late- sometimes without a lunch break and cleaned up the garage where he planed the wood. He was congenial to me and my family and we look forward to him doing future work outside"
