Kaile and Keamon took out the old bathtub in our upstairs bathroom and installed a brand new one. They also impressed us with their work ethics, professionalism, and politeness. "The installer did a really good job. Couple of my complaints are with the Sales person setting the right expectations and the overall project management experience. Initially the Sales person said that the county permitting process will be taken care of by them. However, later the project manager said it is all on my own and I ended up doing all of that. The project also had a few scheduling, licensed plumber related and measurement related issues. Overall satisfied with the installation but sales and project management experience can be better."

Seriously, they're there when you need them and you never have to worry about if they're being honest. This is a company that values their customers and the relationships built. Tyco has done multiple jobs for us. They've installed a tankless water heater, cleaned out drains, fixed faucets, installed toilets, and more. "The company owners and sales team were excellent - professional, but friendly and buoyant. They addressed any issues immediately. However, there was a significant language barrier with the installers, which lead to come communication issues. The overall work looks good, but there were quite a few issues: the work took 5 days to complete; the porcelain was busted off both of my toilets, and all of the bolts for both toilets were missing; no caulk between the tub and tile floor; the installer used Liquid Nails because he did not have any white caulk on the top of the baseboards; the finished edge of my new carpet met with grout and the metal tack strip was pulled from the floor and left floating. All of the outstanding issues are things that I can fix but are the details that make a good job great."

"From start to finish Cameron from Wright brothers was pleasant to deal with. He gave us a reasonable estimate and completed the project close to the initial estimate. He helped us add a Full bathroom in the basement of our rental property and did a really wonderful job. Our current tenants needed full bathroom in the basement to accommodate their growing family. Given the limited amount of space, I never knew a full bath could be added in the basement. They did such a marvelous job that has completely transformed that basement. In addition to finishing the job in a timely manner, Cameron was very respectful and responsive. Unlike most other contractors, he always responded to my texts, emails and calls. Good communication has always been very important to me. I had a baby a couple of months ago and didn't get to see the progress of the work as much as I would have liked but Cameron's timely updates were helpful. He is so reliable that we could depend on him to complete the job to our satisfaction. He takes great pride in his work and used only good quality fixtures, tiles, paint etc. Our tenants are happy too and love their new bathroom. I would gladly refer Wright brothers to my family and friends and look forward to working with them for future projects. Glad that we chose Wright Brothers Construction for adding full bathroom to our basement."

"This review is more about the installer. The products purchased for the remodel are outstanding and exceeded my expectations. But Tylor, my installer, was extremly professional and very good at his job. THe entire job took only two days and the result is fantastic. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and went to work. He consulted with me on placement of some W items, so I got what I wanted and the way I wanted it. When he finished, everything was cleaned up, like he was never here. The work is beautiful and I am extremely happy with the outcome, it is better than I exoected I believe Tylor is a strong asset to the Bordner organization. Any future work I may need done, will be done by Bordner and hopefully Tylor as the installer. I cannot recommend the Bordner team strong enough for the quality of materials and the work that they do."

"They removed my old broken water softener & replaced with new one. They did a great job. I only use Flat Irons Plumbing for all my plumbing work. They also recently replaced my old leaking hot water heater & replaced with tankless. I Love it."
