About us: "Fresh Start is a local Northern Michigan ceiling refresh company focused on popcorn and textured ceiling removal, sanding, prep, primer, and ceiling paint. I work with homeowners, real estate agents, rental property owners, and property managers who want ceilings to look cleaner, brighter, and more updated without turning the project into a full remodel.
