"This contractor is an absolute gem! The project entailed a complete gut of a galley kitchen, an expansion of a first floor bathroom, and renovation of first floor upper and lower foyer floors and walls. All work areas were in original condition from 1972. The owner was on site every day. His workers were knowledgeable, clean, respectful, and professional in every sense of the word. When problems with the original construction of the house were revealed, Ray (the owner) offered solutions as to how to overcome them, providing options and opinions. As with any major renovation, there were only a couple of items that needed to be addressed. Ray and his crew came back even after being fully paid and corrected the defect with no additional cost to us. His price was fair for the amount of work he performed and the kitchen, floors, and foyers look spectacular! It's tough to find a contractor with ethics and integrity, but Ray Lamanna and Tri-Build Construction are certainly in that category. We certainly will be using them again for our next project."

"I hired Long Island handyman construction group to remodel a 400sf basement and bathroom in Melville. They were priced in the middle compared to other bids. I picked them thanks to their out of the box advice which saved me thousands of dollars. There was one problem with the plumbing which cost an extra 1800 dollars. The owner settled with me 50/50 even though it was a pre-existing issue. The project was started early and completed early. All mess was cleaned up and the crew was very friendly and fully aware. Very reputable guys and very easy to deal with. Thanks Moises and Eddy."

"I first asked Jeff at Northgate to take out our old basement bathroom and build a new one 4 years ago. He did a great job for a reasonable price. He recently completed a total basement renovation and upstairs bathroom. Everything down to the studs. Again, did a wonderful job in about a month. He really deserves all the excellent reviews he has had. He always keeps you in touch and fixes any problems right away. We will be happy to have him do our kitchen soon. You will not find anyone better."

"Gus and his crew were professional and accurate. They installed siding on our large colonial house which was in need of many exterior repairs, They made the house like new. Gus stayed in the budget. The place was left clean after each day of work. The entire job took less than 4 days. Gus provided everything needed and went above and beyond to make sure everything was repaired, sealed and finished with great detail. Several of our neighbors commented on the efficiency of the workers and on the beautiful finished exterior. We plan to use Gus for all our future projects because he is is knowledgeable of construction and has access to different craftsman he employs for all aspects of home renovation."

"Memo and Abby made this so easy. They are knowledgeable. They are easy to communicate with. I had my mudroom retiled, a backsplash put in in my kitchen and my basement needed to be redone after flooding which was a wall being put up and the floor being installed. The work is just amazing and they know what they are doing. They show up when they say they will also! I canâ t say enough good things about them.. "After several estimates and meeting with multiple contractors, we decided to move forward with this team and we do not regret it! They were thorough with the estimate, helpful with financing, and offered their recommendations on styles but weren't pushy. This experience was entirely catered to us and we genuinely felt taken care of. The project itself took longer than we expected, but the team did find some structural damage that needed fixing and, of course, any renovation typically takes longer than estimated due to unforeseen circumstances. The guys working on the house were respectful, clean and friendly, and were even great with our two dogs so that I never had to worry about anything. I felt totally comfortable with them being in our home every day. Roberto and Steven were incredible, and if you have a chance to request them, do it! They helped me understand every single thing they were working on and kept in constant communication. Not to mention, the work is clean and super well done! At the end of our project there was a mishap where someone forgot to put an appliance hose back in the drain pipe which caused our basement to get some water, but the guys came right back to the house and cleaned/fixed everything as if it had never happened. All in all, we would definitely use this team again and we are so grateful to have our dream kitchen."
