We really enjoyed working with him on our kitchen upgrade, painting, floor refinishing and other touch ups we needed done to the family home we were selling. Not living locally was a challenge but Jim made this workable with his prompt communication, advising us on certain supplies and materials he noticed on sale, meeting us when we were in town and recommending other great people to work with.
