"Edgar and Kevin came out within hours of my call, as I had found rodent droppings falling from my A/C vent, to inspect and grade the infestation. They did not have a rodent bait trap in the van which was a bit annoying, but came back the next day to put it on the roof. Then they discovered damage caused by a raccoon and offered to repair and close the hole, which opened up into the air vent.The fee of $200.00 seemed high for this repair, but the peace of mind was worth it.
