His prices were very reasonable. After the diagnostic, he ordered the needed parts and had my spa repaired within just a few days. "I've been working with Kraken Pool Services for a few years now, and my pool has never looked better! (Crystal clear!) The team is extremely reliable, and they always do an excellent job. I've had others pool cleaning services in the past, but none have compared to Kraken. Krakenâ s as always being on time, and they don't let any weather conditions stop them from doing their job. Compare to others that never show up when itâ s raining or are the condition. As a member of the military unit, I sometimes have to leave for extended periods of time. But Kraken has never failed me. They keep me updated with clear reports and pictures of their work each time. Their communication is top-notch, and I appreciate their professionalism.
