We had a morning appointment and when an emergency came up they kept us updated as to their time frame. Although they arrived later than originally planned they stayed until the job was completed to our satisfaction. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, and we would highly recommend their services."

He came over and changed the thermostat afterwards he took my thermostat. He told me it was an expensive one, but it was only $57 And the thermostat he took is $250. Also, when I asked to return it, he stopped taking my calls, and my heater still does not work correctly. Paid $500 and $57 was installed, and he took $250 thermostat from me."

"After paying for the the work to be done the contractor has rarely shown up and have documented dozens of instances that they said they were coming and didnt. It has been 7 months and our job isn't done. I have had to buy electric heaters for my house which is still not enough and I have documented the inside temp of my house down to 47° I have had a second contractor come in and look at what has been done so far and was told that the furnace and air handler are installed incorrectly and that the wire that they installed is incorrect and out of code as well."
