"My computer needed to many parts to repair. He tried to fix the hard drive but then found out it needed a motherboard. I had to buy a new computer, but he took the new hard drive out and did not charge me. I kind of felt like he should have known I needed the motherboard before he purchased the hard drive but I don't know anything about computer so I'm not sure. It was sure nice that he was willing to drive out here and pick up my computer and drop it off. That saved me a lot of time"

"I've dealt with Ira on 2 occasions. The first time he bought and installed a new printer and additionally, he took the initiative to make important updates that I didn't realize I needed. The second visit involved a minor issue that was quickly resolved. I felt that he should have been compensated for his time, but he refused any payment! Obviously, customer care and satisfaction are more important to him than financial remuneration. Suffice it to say, I have him on speed dial."
