"Mike was able to get the upgrade on to my computer and he also was able to determine that the system was grossly inadequate for what I wanted to do. He recommended what I should look for when I purchase a new one and when I do make a purchase I will be calling on him to get my system up to speed. I was most impressed with Mike’s professionalism and knowledge and I would definitely recommend him for any computer issues."

"i have purchased a maintenance program, and they follow-up about every couple of months to review the computer and be sure all is good. Very professional and perfect for an elder who has not kept up with all the computer changes and advancements. In addition to the maintenance program, they are "on call" for me to contact them ANYTIME that I need computer or phone assistance. I love having the peace of mind with all the scams via internet these days."

"I first contact Goodberg Computer Services to take care of my laptop. At the end, he ended up fixing our internet at home, upgrading our modem, fixing the airport, and even dealing with Time Warner/Spectrum over the phone - which is always a pain, and he did it with no problems; even got us a better deal with them"

"Microsoft certified efficient at solving multiple problems with computer and phones. Would hire again"

"Very knowledgeable. My OC crashed and my recovery key had not been attached to my microsoft account. He recovered my LocKey and restored my OS. He also upgraded my mechanical hard drive, which was old and causing the problems I was having, to a solid state drive. He also upgraded my ram to keep up with everything and cloned my old hard drive to my new one. While he was here he also reconnected my ring cameras. Yes he is Ring certified and diagnosed my problem with my outside camera systems to a bad monitor. I had an extra flat screen and he installed that also. One service call three jobs. Very versatile guy. Very personable. I will use him again and recommend him to my friends."

"I would recommend Dream Telecom to any business or residence look to have audio/visual systems added or upgraded to their property. Jonny Won did a fantastic job on the installation of our rooftop television at the property I manage in Downtown LA. Not only did he see where we could improve our existing television, he saw what needed to be repaired so the new television would not run into the same problem in the future. Johnny's experience and knowledge in his field is quite astonishing, he seems to have what it takes to get any job done. Johnny will succeed in all that he does, and am confident he can improve your audio/visual system in a timely manner. Getting this scheduled and completed made this a seamless process for me and my team! Thank you Johnny!"

"Anthony is very professional and helped me purchase and install a new computer. He responded quickly to all of my requests and explained everything to me, I plan to use him for all of my computer problems in the future. Very nice man and knows his business."

"My HP laptop stopped working my company is work from home currently and I needed it repaired right away. I was contacted immediately and within hours I was back to work. I could not recommend them enough."
